New Student Suggested Timeframes to Submit Documentation

Please note that you can submit documentation and apply for services at any time. The dates below are suggested timeframes set to best ensure that services/accommodations are in place for that particular semester.

Summer 2019: DSS encourages students to submit documents and have them reviewed by April 1 in order to ensure that services are in place for the summer semester.

Fall 2019: DSS encourages students to submit documents and have them reviewed by April 15 in order to ensure that services are in place for fall semester.

DSS Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment for any reason, you MUST cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you are a “no-show”, or you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, the earliest available date for your rescheduled appointment will be at least two weeks from the date of the “no-show” or late cancellation.
