Student File Updates

If you are a current DSS student, please note that your application is only good for one academic year (2017-2018). If you are planning to take classes during the Summer 2018 or Fall 2018 semesters, you must update your file by completing a pink 2018-2019 Application for Services and Agreement form.

Please be aware that if you do not complete this update process prior to May 26, 2018, you may not receive priority registration for the Fall 2018 semester.

DSS Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment for any reason, you MUST cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you are a “no-show” or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may need to meet with the DSS Director to discuss an alternate appointment plan.
