Disability Support Services

New Students

If you are a prospective Fullerton College student with a medical disability (eg. mobility, ADD/ADHD, psychological, hearing impairment, visual impairment) and wish to receive services through DSS, please have your diagnosing professional fill out our Disability Verification form. When you have the completed verification, bring it to the DSS office, complete the Application for Services and Agreement form, and schedule an initial appointment. Initial appointments will be scheduled approximately two weeks from the date the documents are received.
